That Crazy Cat

She is a spoiled, beauty and knows it. I told Cha Cha to come to bed New Year's Eve. She gave me a "look" and stayed on the couch. My feet were not in the bed when a firecracker went off up the street. Cha Cha sounded like a herd of elephants running down the hall to "come to bed" and I do believe she stayed there the entire night - no forbidden kitchen counter walking.

Funny...Smokey never takes to anything I buy for him..he likes one type of stuffed mouse...I bought one of those laser things where you turn it on and move it..the cat is supposed to chase the light..he ran from it...oh well...he will fetch soda straws and grapes so he's a clever cat and I think I'll keep him..I sure do love him and I can tell you love Sassy Too.

What lovely pics of Sassy! I wish Morty would use his scratching post we got him, rather than the base of our bed, the back of the Leather lounge and various other 'forbidden' items.
Read about my feather story Bren, I am sure you will like it.
Gom is just home from Hospital.

Bren- I so enjoy your blog and your personal stories. I work in 'Special Ed' at a local high school. I see so many children with so many 'birth' parent issues. Many of the troubled children live in foster home after foster home- back with their 'biological' "parents", then back again to foster care. They are lost and so lacking in love.
Do not ever doubt that you are doing God's work. Keep sharing your life stories. I am praying for you and your family. Sandy
