A Fresh Start

Welcome to "Life With A Little Sass"!

As most of you know, Sassy is my cat. She has made life here much brighter, I must admit! I started this blog as a fresh start. "Pieces From Me" has run it's course. It was a place for me to share my life, document family history and make some incredible friendships. Lately though, I have felt unable to share my heart. My son's divorce has crippled us, but not destroyed us, yet Pieces From Me was a casualty. Though I will leave the blog up for history's sake, I will not be announcing "Life With A Little Sass" over at Pieces From Me. It may take some of you a while to find me here and if I do not have your email, you may never find me. Still, I am moving on. It feels good to have a place to be myself again.
I am thrilled to share that I will be finishing up the Pink and Brown quilt tonight. I have one side of binding to put on and it is completely finished.I had much company while finishing up this quilt. I am certain that Sassy thinks it is her quilt! She came running every time I pulled it out.
Again, welcome to my new place. I will have pictures of the Pink and Brown up in the next day or two. Come often and please share your comments with me!

Blessings, Bren

Bren I'm so glad you've started a new blog. Reading your blog was a part of my day. Your Sassy has such a sweet face, and I'm sure you must be so please to finally see the end of the pink and brown quilt, and be able to mark it off as completed.

I can't wait to see a full photo of the pink and brown quilt. I wish I had the patience to hand quilt...

G'day, sweet Bren ~ I am so happy to know where you are ... you are such wonderful lady. Sorry about the sadness in your life ... these things happen & are very devastating.

You know, Bren, after our son was killed we were separated, divorced & then re-found one another ... there is always hope, never give up. I tell everyone, if WE could/can do it, so can you.

Sass is darling ... I so love cats! I used to raise Manx.

The quilt colors I love ... anxious to see it finished.

Happy Easter ~
Have a beautiful week.
Hugs of love, Marydon

I like the new look.
I know that Sassy will be a real pleasure in your life as my Smokey is in mine. As I write this, he is on the arm of my chair. He makes handwork a little difficult at times but he is so much company to me while Honey Bear is on the road.
I look forward to your new postings,
Mama Bear
